Delivery Information

Please ensure you check all items on receipt of delivery, as faulty or damaged items must be reported with 48 hours of receiving the order. For a damaged product. we request images be sent to admin@lettersofappeal.com so we can evaluate your claim within 24 hours.

Delivery charges, unless where stated, are determined by weight and size of the item(s) ordered and will be added at the checkout stage. The delivery services we currently use are provided by Myhermes, which are a 3-5 day delivery service, and Parcelforce 48 which is a 2 day delivery service. All orders will be despatched within two working days of the delivery of the completion of your online order.

Please note a signature will be required on all orders totalling over £25.

For more urgent deliveries please contact us directly for a quote, we can provide 24 hour delivery to UK mainland addresses if required

Please note that, for overseas shipments, you may incur import taxes and duties once a shipment reaches your country, which you are responsible for, along with any other custom clearance charges. The prices shown on the Letters Of Appeal website do not include these charges. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. International shipments may also be subject to cross-border inspections.
